1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused),

With all tags attached,
-
In its original packaging,
-
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Email us at buymoreperfumes01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns (i.e. items sent back without our approval) will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at buymoreperfumes01@gmail.com so we can make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Customized or personalized products

4. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please:

Return your original item (once approved).

Place a new order for the item you want.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time with your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at buymoreperfumes01@gmail.com.
